ACM Media Cancellation Policy
At ACM Media, we enter into binding agreements with our clients to provide high-quality digital marketing and cybersecurity services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel their agreements.
1. Cancellation Before Signing the Contract
Clients may cancel their service request before signing the contract with no penalties or obligations. Once the contract is signed, the terms outlined below will apply.
2. Contract Commitment & Early Cancellation Fees
ACM Media offers 6-month and 12-month contracts for our services. By signing a contract, the client agrees to the full duration of the agreement.
Early Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel before the contract term ends, they will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of their contract in full.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for early termination of services.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, clients must submit a written request to support@acmmediaco.com with the following details:
Client Name and Contact Information
Contract Number or Service Agreement Details
Reason for Cancellation Request
4. Payment Collection for Early Cancellations
If a contract is canceled early, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued immediately. Payment must be made in full within 7 business days of the invoice date.
5. Changes to This Policy
ACM Media reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their current agreements.
