All sales are final. ACM Media does not provide refunds for services, products, or digital content once a purchase or agreement has been completed. By engaging with ACM Media, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel services, you must notify ACM Media in writing. Cancellation will not result in a refund of payments already made. Depending on the agreement, you may remain responsible for outstanding balances related to services rendered up to the date of cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for ACM Media to fulfill services. Delays caused by a client’s lack of communication or incomplete materials may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, ACM Media retains ownership of all creative assets, strategies, designs, and content produced until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership rights will be transferred as specified in your agreement. ACM Media reserves the right to display work created for clients in our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability
ACM Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we make every effort to deliver effective marketing and advertising strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results, including but not limited to sales, engagement, or customer growth.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms (such as social media channels, ad networks, or website hosting). ACM Media is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or technical issues related to third-party platforms.

9. Modifications to Terms
ACM Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
